While having coffee at one of my spots, I noticed this young family coming in. Sitting across the room, I noticed something.
Is this a new fashion trend? Wear your jeans where the cut is so low that when you sit down, you expose your underwear and have a pair of hosiery over your underwear? Can someone help explain?
